Typically, the telecom provider will pay for all expenses involved in the installation, maintenance, and concealment of their equipment on your site. They typically also are responsible for resolving any zoning issues that may be present, securing all necessary permits. Other negotiable issues include paying for the power consumed by the equipment, maintenance of the site, and length of the lease contract including options.
